Summary/Abstract: In this article author summarizes facts and appraisals, extracted from new-discowered memoires by famous leader of Decembrist movement prince S. P. Trubetskoy. This facts regard to history of Secret societies of Decembrists and reflect a public stile of mined 1810–1820-s, also social attitude progressive part of Russian intellectuals to governmental policy at home and abroad.
