Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to analyze a policy of the imperial centralism regarding Poles and Jews, which was carried out by N. N. Novosiltsov, an associate of Alexander I, in the Kingdom of Poland and the Western provinces of the Russian Empire in 1810–1820-s years.
