Summary/Abstract: The Ministry of European Funds presented and sent the European Commission on the 11st of October, the first version of the Partnership proposed by Romania for the period 2014-2020. According to the website of the Ministry of European Funds, www.fonduri-ue.ro, the document was transmitted informally, because the European Union have not yet adopted regulations that will determine how they will be implemented in the next period of European funds programming.
