Summary/Abstract: This paper describes and makes attempts to explain the role and importance of renewal processes in the implementation of organizational learning mechanisms, with special emphasis on a process approach and standards of writing in the form of tools in the area of business process modeling notation (BPMN). This indicates that the regeneration processes of enterprises form the basis of organizational changes to enable an evolutionary development towards the implementation of enterprise learning mechanisms. In order to describe such a complex issue, the reality is simplified, laminarysating discrete renewal processes and nonlinear processes of organizational learning.
