Summary/Abstract: Modern companies operating in the global economy are facing the need to align their organizational-managerial conditions created by the specific factors of individual local markets in which they operate. The implemented internationalization of the company entails multi-dimensional changes, including the changes in the culture of the organization. A phenomenon called diffusion cultures is observed in the activities of international and crosscultural enterprises. The diffusion process which takes place in the organization when different cultures join, in consequence affects the efficiency of the entire system and its members, and thus influences the ability of the development and success of the entire organization.
