Summary/Abstract: The article presents the considerations of managerial socio-psychological decisions (behaviour) in the context of managerial personality traits and temperament characteristics, yet in a particular approach: dialectic (an attitude and behaviour) and dual one (personality traits and temperament characteristics). The first part of the paper illustrates the attitude and behaviour as the exemplification of a dialectic approach. The second one deals with managerial personality traits and temperament characteristics due to a dual approach.
