The "Emergency" Suitcase

Summary/Abstract: The use of the emergency suit case has undergone a change from the early communist period when the opponents of the regime were cynically advised to keep it at reach in case they would be lifted by the Securitate (the Secret Police) to the more recent period when so not so honest bussinesmen such as Genica Boierica and Dinel Staicu made use of the same emergency suit case to escape justice.
