Summary/Abstract: The study of Romanian grammar enriches in 1787 when Ienăchiţă Văcărescu’s work is printed. In our approach we intend to describe in detail the morphological structure of the Romanian language as it appears in the grammar printed in 1787. The language facts emphasize Ienăchiţă Văcărescu`s ability of proposing viable solutions for the modernisation of Romanian language, for its integration in the spiritual trends of the age.
