Summary/Abstract: Lexical repetition and constructional variation in spoken discourse. This contribution questions the process of structural emergence in interactional context. From a usage-based constructional grammar background, we analyse syntactic figures in oral discourse in order to establish their constructional « value ». Our aim is to gain an integrated view of frequency in discourse, i.e. including phenomena due to real-time elaboration such as different types of repetition. The study is based on a subset of data from a ninety-hour corpus of spoken French, gathered from therapeutical interaction.
