Summary/Abstract: The structure of Russian economy by sectors (industrial, regional, and technological levels) is considered in the article. Dynamics of indicators characterizing efficiency of the Russian economy is considered. The influence of individual sectors and structural changes are evaluated. Economic models helping to evaluate the ultimate effect on meso- and macro levels are constructed. The models combine equation parameters of different levels. Calculations were carried out by the models. As a result, it was found out that structural economic changes had a positive effect in the 90s and negative results in the 2000s.
