Potential Unemployment among Young Women of Higher Education

Summary/Abstract: On the basis of the Empirical sociological research "Juvenile Employment and Unemployment" the article discusses the problems of female students who have graduated from Institutes of Higher Education in the capital Sofia. Research has been done of the attitudes and expectations, of future plans and visions for possible avenues for fighting employment. Various strategies are formulated for overcoming the unfavourable situation. The thesis of the necessity for a differentiated approach on the part of state institutions for taking appropriate measures for getting over unemployment among women of higher education is defended.
