Labour immigration to the Soviet Russia on the closing stage of the Civil war (1920-1921)

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of reception of labour immigrants in the Soviet Russia on the closing stage of the Civil war, which is quite urgent in the modern circumstances. The author examines the causes of failure of the policy directed to attract semi-skilled labour for the needs of the national economy.
