Summary/Abstract: Improving logistic customer service area based on the use of modern information and communication technologies brings positive results in all its stages. Transaction elements of logistic service, particularly the availability of products and services, time of communication between the partners of commercial operations, order fulfillment time, range of activities, flexibility and reliability of supply have the key significance for the e-commerce. The aim of the article is to present the definitions of the concepts of logistic customer service and innovation, and then the solutions applied in the area of logistic customer service by the Polish representatives of online stores.
