Summary/Abstract: The process of technological entrepreneurship in business depends on variety of restrictions. The conception of the weak link enables to identify restrictions and draw decision-makers’ attention towards critical points in that process. Primarily barriers of research institutions and improper preparation of many enterprises for transfer and introduction of up- -to-date technological solutions should be included to them.
