Learning organization – aspect of resources

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the theory of a learning organization in terms of the resources gained by an enterprise. A learning organization is based on resources − gaining, processing, and using them. It seems that a learning organization is a perfect answer to environmental turbulence as a result of caring for gaining rare, original, and attractive resources for developing the enterprise’s activities. The goal of the paper is to work out a base model of a resource theory completed by the resource aspect of a learning organization.
