Summary/Abstract: This article verifies the theoretical validity of the Driving Behaviour Questionnaire built after the model proposed in 1990 by Reason. We have proceeded to the verification of the items internal consistency, previously pursued by using the expert's method, and the factorial confirmatory analysis. The factorial analysis highlights three factors confirming the distinction between errors and violations.
