ASPECTS OF THE NATIONAL IDEOLOGY IN THE ROMANIAN PRESS FROM TRANSYLVANIA (1900-1918)

Summary/Abstract: The work points out that, due to its practical importance, the national problem was a daily preoccupation, intensely felt and discussed by the romanian press of Transylvania between 1900 and 1918. In order to understand the dimensions and characteristic elements of this national problem, the author undertook a brief analysis of the determining economic, social and political conditions, as well as uf the interaction between the social and the national aspects of life for the Romanians from this province.
