Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the problem of the destruction of religious buildings in central Bosnia during 1992-1995 war. The work is based on the example of the destruction of mosques in Donji Vakuf and Jajce. In the war, religious buildings of all three major religions were destroyed or damaged, but it is evident that mosques suffered the most - around 1200 were damaged or destroyed.
