Summary/Abstract: Afghanistan has always been a strongly storm-beaten area and one of armed conflicts and violence which can cause serious damage to mentality and even mental state stability, for both civilians and military personnel. Trying to extrapolate these decades of unrest, discontent, economic and social frustrations – on the one hand, ideological and religious – on the other hand, behavioral inclination towards extreme acts, becomes mundane and it is often supported by traditional and cultural considerations. The cultural differences of those who have tried throughout history to influence the destiny of these people, and their inability to honor and respect the Afghan customs, have constantly been a source of mutual distrust and accusations meant to undermine joint efforts to strengthen regional security.
