Summary/Abstract: The implementation of new technologies in the military field and the approach to combat in a modern manner have determined the dissemination of applying combat power to the enemy by conducting special operations that are specific to these environments with forces that are more or less specialized in the field. On this paper, we have tried to highlight the fact that information superiority and decisional domination are the essence of the new military mind-set regarding the conduct of military action in the modern war.
