Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the module of competence management of experts that has been developed for computer decision support system (DSS 2.0). At the top of the hierarchical structure of the model is the European standard of core competencies, the decomposition of which allows the mapping of dif-ferent specializations. The flexible structure of information competence module allows defining any set (profile) of qualifications of experts and the strength of their impact in solving specific problems of decision-making.
