Summary/Abstract: This article examines the history of regional organization of the so called „revided“ Czechoslovak People's Party in Olomouc between 1948 and 1960. In spite of its large membership before 1948, due to the fact of the so called Katholic action declared in June 1949 its membership was constantly declining. During the 1950´s the party suffered a total loss of trust by the rank and file. In 1960, the Party had to adjust its organization to new regional system with two new centres in Ostrava and Brno. It was not until late 1967 that party started policy of self-emancipation. In 1950s and 1960s was Czechoslovak People's Party totally controlled by the regime, including its regional organization in Olomouc.
