Summary/Abstract: This congress has addressed issues of interest for the people, states and the nations of Southeastern Europe throughout centuries. The theoretical discourses for these issues are valuable and they might assist and I hope they will assist to enlighten the magnitude of the processes and the developments in Southeastern Europe. The reviews of the Kosova issue in the present and in its future only confirm these discourses, particularly having under consideration the fact that in the historical crossroads through which the Kosova issue is passing today, viewed as an integral dimension of the unsolved Albanian issue, this issue itself provokes critical thinking.[...]
