Summary/Abstract: The aim of the work was the analysis of the structure of the mass and prices of sold dairy products on the level of the efficiency of sales of a selected milk cooperative in the period 2000-2011. The efficiency of these sales was measured with three indicators: rate of the gross margin, the profit on sales of 1 liter of bought and processed milk and the profit on sales of 1 kg of dairy products. The period of research was divided into three numerically equal sub-periods basing on their different conditionings on the market of our country. Prices of six products were substantially, strongly, and positively correlated with the levels of the two analyzed indicators of the efficiency of sales. However, the participation of the mass of six products in their general mass of sales was different, and substantially correlated with the levels of considered efficiency indicators. Average levels of efficiency indicators in the last sub-period of research were, in comparison with the other sub-periods, decidedly the highest.
