Summary/Abstract: Current issue of bulletin pays special attention to chosen aspects of disability affairs. Issue could be understood as a direct contribution to 2007 - European Year of Equal Opportunities for All. It is structured into 3 parts: First part is dealing with some important facts about persons with disabilities around the world and in Slovakia, in a second part there are presented the most important summarised findings of the research aimed on living conditions of families with disabled member and their changes throughout the last 5 years, finally, there are presented two international documents aimed on disability policy at UN- and Council of Europe level. The mentioned documents are described in short-form version worked out by K. Repkova.
