Summary/Abstract: After the description of the Soviet stage during the last winter in the April issue, impressions are recorded of Soviet TV, mainly of the thriller "17 Moments in Spring" [meaning the last spring of the Second World War] which - for twelve evenings captured an audience of tens of millions of TV fans between the Baltic and the Japan Sea, as well as of recent Soviet movies: Courtesy Visit (of a Soviet missile cruiser in Naples), Behind Clouds - the Sky (about the Soviet air force in the first post war years, during the transition to the jet plane), From the Daily Work of the Crime Department (a Crime-does-not-pay type of film, to combat delinquency in the USSR) and Nylon 100 percent, meant for entertainment. At the end the author comes up with ten conclusions on his observations of stage and cinema.
