Summary/Abstract: The next section of the journal is a consequent continuation of the previous, as long as all presented persons are related to the straggles for national liberation during the Revival. Veselin Trajkov observes the sojourns of G. S. Rakovski in Bucharest - from the first appearance after he was arrested as one of the sponsors of the Second Revolt in Braila in 1842, through the short stays in 1861 and the longest one in the end of his life - from September 1863 until his death in 1867. The author tracks down important aspects of his activities in the Romanian capital, his efforts to publish newspapers and journals, his literature activity, his care for Bulgarian teachers and schools in Romania, his relationships with Romanian statesmen and social figures, the establishment of the Supreme Secret Civil Command and the "Law for the National Forest Bands for 1867" in 1866-1867 and other.
