Improvement of municipal offices functioning through reaching process maturity

Summary/Abstract: Municipal offices improve their competitive advantage by changing their structures. One of such changes is implementing process management. To achieve this offices have to pass through different levels of process maturity. In order to by mature they have to implement many logical actions to become fully mature systematically taking new actions optimizing their structure. There are also various drives to implement process management. Research results have shown better office organization and improving the quality as major motivations to pass through the implementation process.
