Summary/Abstract: Broadly the result of the transition to the market economy just as the theoretical contributions and the reflections made around are far from being completed. What makes besides say to Kornai János which the transitology by no means completed its mission and that it to tell the truth did not even start necessary basic work. We hope that our article made it possible to appreciate the extent of the process and its consequences on many economies and hundreds of millions human beings. The starting situations, the course of the processes, the adopted methods and the surprises which occurred were as many elements which made than all these transformations while comprising common elements had single properties and characteristics and particular trajectories. The diversity of the situations and the theoretical approaches can constitute a pledge for the opening of a theoretical field inter disciplinary which can exceed the insufficiencies and the inconsistencies of the standard theory.
