Summary/Abstract: In the spring of 1912 Serbia introduced a change in its policy towards the Albanian question. In the stage of preparations, and during its developing as well, Serbia became the source for supplying with arms and ammunition and of financial support. For Serbian military and political circles this step was important because this happened at a time which was favourable for Serbian interests. Alliance Treaty with Bulgaria was terminated, but the other two states – Greece and Montenegro would join the Balkans’ Alliance. Military circles, as well as Serbian government considered that the conflicts (clashes) of Albanians with Turkish Army for Serbia meant as something most desirable, because these two sides in enmity would come weakened and this would make easier war operation which were appearing on the horizon.
