Summary/Abstract: Political and diplomatic activity of Mit’hat F rashëri overpasses (goes beyond) being of an ambassador or diplomat of Albania and Albanian people in general. He is presented at the same time as a European ambassador, its emissary in Tirana, Athens, Bucharest, Geneva, Frankfurt, Losanne, Barcelona, London, Istanbul etc. M. Frashëri is a forerunner (precursor) and missionary of democratic principles, of democratic order of present days in Europe. Mit’hat Frashëri is a genius predictor. Around one century ago he declared: “It will come the time when the international policies would verify themselves in Kosova. The center of these events will be Prishtina. The final word is going to say Tetova”.
