Summary/Abstract: From the middle of 1943 till September 1945 Karadak was an arena of fierce fighting between Albanian National Forces and ”National liberation front” led by Communist Party. National Forces – Balli Kombëtar in order to achieve the ideal of national liberty and unification, and were ready for any sacrifice, i.e. they did everything to oppose the partisan-chetniks and Serbian-Macedonian “National liberation forces”. At the head of of the national resistance in Karadak were patriots of Albanian conscience – progressive nationalists, who with their life and blood proved that they were resolute in achieving their ideals for national liberty and unification of Albanian territories.
