PERCEPTION OF THE REASONS OF CRIMES BY CONVICTED AND BY PRISON STAFF

Summary/Abstract: The study is part of a research aimed to analyze the behavioral forms of compliance and circumvention of the law, the primary purpose being to check the validity of existing theories on the Romanian society, finding commonalities between these theories (and elaborate a more complex theory, summing the verified theories). Understanding the behavioral forms, could be elaborated more efficient policies to prevent illegal acts. The study compare the way in which convicted, respectively prison staff explains the reasons conducting to a delinquent behavior, using interviews.
