METHODICAL OUTLINE OF BEST VALUE SYSTEM

Summary/Abstract: The paper as methodical elaboration bases upon the literature review. First it is focused on the presentation of circumstances of the formation of the Best Value system, especially in terms of New Public Management and ”classical” value analysis. Next there is presented the foundation of Best Value system along with public services quality, its utility, providence and optimizing. The paper also shows the cycle of Best Value system. The final part of the paper outlines, referring to British public management experiences, the modification of the concept in the result of its implementation as well as the advantages and limitations of Best Value system.
