SOURCES OF SYNERGY EFFECTS IN THE FARMS WHICH COLLABORATE IN THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS GROUPS

Summary/Abstract: The aim of research was to identify potential sources of synergy effects that can inspire farmers to work together in agricultural producers groups. Synergy effects are not available for individual farms, thus conditions of their creation are not only conducive to integration processes in agriculture, but they also accelerate the development of farms. The study was carried out based on the theory and direct interview among the members of agricultural producer groups from Podkarpackie voivodeship. It shows, inter alia, that both positive and negative effects of cooperation could be a source of positive synergy effects.
