Valuation of independent public health care units for combination purposes

Summary/Abstract: Transformation of entities, including fusion of economically independent legal persons should be considered not only from the perspective of their owners and resources. What is also important is, as business practice shows, the specific character of their activity. The article presents, on the basis of conducted research, some issues involved in the combining of health care units operating as independent public health service centres.
