Summary/Abstract: The Venus Figurines for many years have fascinated scientists. The Venus from Willendorf is a symbol of pop culture, her depiction we can found on clothing, in feminist organization logo’s or New Age organizations. Any museum where is exhibition with Venuses att racts lots of tourists. Certainly, The Venus Figurines are one of the greatest monuments of European culture and all humanity. However, we still do not know why they were created. We know many theories on Venuses, but establishment which is a true is very difficult. Some claim that Venuses were “sex toys”, totems of rape or symbol of fertility but we still don’t know why prehistoric artist carved a small women figurines.
