Confusions Concerning the River Names of the Stream of Zubřina

Summary/Abstract: The author deals with the former names of the stream of Zubřina (South-West Bohemia). A special attention is devoted to its older name Watow, Waton or Watto, the use of which is extremely interesting and complicated. On the old maps, this name often refers also to a number of other rivers and streams especially in the West Bohemia. The main aim of the article is to explain this phenomenon.
