Summary/Abstract: The main objective of the article is to define the scope and the framework of regulation policy as well as the strategies of corporate governance regarding Islamic finance. While modern western scholars claim to transfer both the technology and the experience of western financial institutions on the Muslim market, the author searches for the common values and tries to evaluate the potential risk of such collaboration.
