Social Economy Institutions as Administrative Subjects

Summary/Abstract: In the field of public administration, evolutionary changes take place that must be analysed in connection with the expanding structure of civil society. This leads one to questions concerning the realisation of public assignments by entities outside of the structures of administration. These are administrative subjects, among which social economic institutions are playing a more and more essential role. Given that role, the aim of the present article is to examine the problems social economy institutions face in the larger context of the concept of the administrative subject.
