An outline of the activities of the Society for the Protection of the Cultural, Historical and Natural Heritage of Jajce

Summary/Abstract: Concerns over the condition of the cultural and historical heritage of Jajce led to the establishment of the Society for the Protection of the Cultural, Historical and Natural Values of Jajce. The text includes the observations of the President of the Society on the condition of the cultural heritage in Jajce Municipality, the Society’s activities to educate the public on the importance of cultural - historical heritage and the continuation of the activities for the inscription of the cultural property of the historical urban area of Jajce – on the UNESCO World Heritage List, which began as long ago as 1979.
