Summary/Abstract: The Law on the Implementation of the Decisions of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments, established under Annex 8 of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, was enacted in Republika Srpska pursuant to a Decision of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The text presents the considerations and experiences in the process of implementation of the Law by the Ministry of Spatial Development, Construction and the Environment of Republika Srpska.
