Summary/Abstract: The economic, technological, cultural evolutions of industrial companies in Tunisia push them to make evolve their internal structures and their external relations with the various economic partners. In this context, the increasing introduction of communication and information technologies (TIC) into the Tunisian industrial companies engender changes into the roles of managers. We seek to study the positive and negative impacts of the use of TIC on the realization of four roles of managers. It’s a question of operational role, organisational role, social role and strategic role. To realize this study, we borrowed a methodology of research based on the complementarity of an exploratory search for research-intervention type and quantitative analysis starting from an investigation by questionnaire. The data collected made it possible to study through an analysis of the management of the time of managers the contributions, the dysfunctions and obstacles of the use of TIC for the managers of two Tunisian industrial companies
