Summary/Abstract: Only sustainable development of agricultural production and trafficking, organized as a modern and integrated sector and ensures the success of industrialization and overall economic development in the short to medium term, and contributes significantly to mitigate the existing disparities in regional development, especially in rural područjuma. Agricultural activity, according to the available significant natural and human resources and the progress in production and processing, an important economic activity in Serbia. But regardless of the share of agriculture in the realization of GDP from 12.6% in the year 2010., It is necessary to understanding this industry and the strategic level in the chain from producer to consumer.
