Summary/Abstract: In conteporary turbulent business conditions, knowledge represents one of the most important origin of growth and development and one of the fundamental factors of comparative adventages for companies. In a todays market game a great number of companies doesn’t accomplish expected resultes. In another words organizations don’t use its competetive advantages. Therefore, knowledge management has the assignment to attract, keep and increase continually the possibilities of intellectual capital, and to provide, within the framework of the enterprise, such a climate where its innovativeness and creativity will be fully expressed.
