Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the Jewish life and costume specifics in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Jewish dress is a typical example of the Lithuanian nobleman's wearing in the 16th and 17th centuries. The geopolitical situation of GDL between east and west at that time also expressed itself in the sphere of costume. It coincided with jewish mentality and became native.
