Summary/Abstract: Because of the difficulties and problems faced by multinational corporations in the field of expatriate remuneration, it is worth taking a look at the rules governing this area of managing expats and identifying the most popular solutions used in business practice. This is achieved in this article, which tries to analyze a general framework and functions of expatriate remuneration system based on the existing proposals in the literature.
