Summary/Abstract: This paper is a follow-up to the previous publication: “Growth imperative? Strategic dillemas – case study” describing author’s longitudinal research on growth problems in ABC Ltd. In this paper, the author reviews literature concerning “crisis of control”, describes some of the actions introduced in ABC Ltd. in order to overcome “crisis of control” and attempts to evaluate their effectiveness.
