The Washington Agreement

Summary/Abstract: According to the Washington Agreement the Bosniac-Croat Federation is actually a transitive solution. ln all countries, through transitive periods there are such a situations i.e. there is a parallelism in the system's functioning. So, ifs normal that such a parallelism exists now in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The basic reason is a constitution of the Federation's newstructures. Beside that ifs important to keep the juridical and international-juridical continuity of R B&H, because of political and international-juridical reasons.
