Summary/Abstract: Despite the sudden interruption of the reforms of the University in R BiH and the war, it has to be continued. Ifs, as the subhead suggests, the condition for regional equality in R BiH and, in long terms, the perspectiv and the generator of enlightenment and stability in this areas. The goal of education is to give the opportunity to young beings for being what they are, remarks Edgar For's Commettee; continual education by the highest standards is the future of this areas, understanded as a cultural and civilisational act.
